How to Track an Order
Tracking numbers will be updated on your order page. Login to your account and enter or find your order number. You will see a tracking number once the order has been shipped and next to it will be a small question mark, just click on it and it will bring up the tracking information. An e-mail will also be sent with the tracking information.

Why you need to register as a customer with us.
There's a couple of advantages of registering as a customer.
First if you don't register as a customer, our system does not retain your
contact information, such as phone number or e-mail address. So we can't supply
shipping tracking numbers or updates on your order status. So in order to stay
up to date on your order status, it is valuable to register.
Privacy Policy.
Your information is secure with us, we do not share your
information with anyone. You can set your mind at ease when ordering from us
because we have one of the most secure systems in place to protect your
privacy.
Our Policy.
Now we realize that most customers do not want to register
because they are concerned about their phone number and e-mail address being
shared and receiving unwanted e-mails. You can put your mind at ease, we do not

Knife Policy - When purchasing a knife, knives, knife sets, razor knife, you must follow your states age requirements. Some states do not allow you to purchase a knife, knives, knife sets, razor knife if you are under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16 please check with your parent, guardian or an adult and get permission or have them make the purchase for you. We are not held responsible if someone buys a knife, knives, knife set, razor knife from our site and they do not follow the age requirements for their state.
Order Processing
Most orders Process In 1-2 Business days and most items are received within 3 to 7 business days. During Holidays Delivery times can Be delayed a little longer, so be sure to order early enough. Please take time to read our size ordering instructions on the product detail page before ordering. Some of our special order, custom fit items, waders, froglegs take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. Because they have to be made for your size and there's manufacturing time needed.

Return Policy
Customers can exchange items, or return items for a refund or in store credit within 30 days of delivery on all items that are deemed as returnable items and fall under our 30 day return policy list. Some products are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our list below of items covered under the 30 day policy and items that are not eligible for returns.
Notification of returning an item that is covered under our 30 day return list, must be given within 30 days of the delivery date. Notifications of wanting to return an item after 30 days of the delivery date will not be eligible to be returned.
All items must be returned with their original packing, in original condition and un-warn. Some of our items are not eligible for being returned, please read the next sections.
List of Products Eligible Under the 30 Day Return Policy
Lights list, belt lights, cap lights, box lights, light heads, gun lights, spot lights, are eligible to be returned for an exchange, refund or in store credit as long as the item has not been used. This rule applies to all electronic or battery operated items, if the item has been worn or used, we do not take returns.
Clothing items, Jackets, vests, shirts, gloves, chaps, coveralls, pants, boots, belts. Most clothing items are eligible for returns for an exchange, refund or in store credit, except special order or custom items, example, some of our hip waders and boots, froglegs are special order or custom fit items and we do not take returns on special order or custom fit items.

We do not take returns on electronic or battery operated items that have been worn or used, accessories, parts and other miscellaneous items. Examples are, lights that have been used, custom fit or special order items, froglegs waders and boots, backpacks, bags, cushions, gun cases, hunting blinds, gun rests, gun cleaning kits, knives, knife sets, spotting scopes, rangefinders, binoculars, multi tools, drink cups, thermoses, cookware, tents, sleeping bags, tables, chairs, camping supplies, dog collars, dog leads, dog couplers, training tracking collars, dog boxes, dog feeders, dog bowls, dog doors, dog training accessories, dog remedies, dog chains, bolt snaps, dog training supplies, dog care products, traps, cages, snares, trapping supplies, trapping tools,, trapping accessories, trap parts, skinning fleshing tools, fur processing tanning supplies, fur stretchers, videos, books, dog supplies, all calls, squallers, scents lures, hunting accessories, decoys, light parts, light accessories, Returns on these items will only be allowed if the item has manufacturer flaws.
Customers can exchange items, or return items for a refund or in store
credit. Send us an e-mail with a brief description of why you are returning an
item, your contact information and order number. All items eligible to be
returned, must be returned with their original packing, in original condition
and un-warn. To send us an e-mail, go to the contact us link in the top orange
bar and fill out the form on the contact us page. Our phone number
is reserved for phone orders only. We do not handle returns over the phone. We
will e-mail you our return policy and all the information needed to return
items once the form is submitted. Some of our items are not eligible for
returns, please read the
sections above.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to
us, supply a tracking number. The cost of shipping items back to us is not
refundable. Under certain circumstances we may reward return shipping costs,
but we hold the right to determine if return shipping costs are given or not.
Restocking Fees - most of the time we do not charge restocking fees, but we hold the right to charge up to 20% of the purchase price for restocking items that are returned.
Damaged Items Items that are deemed to have manufacturer flaws will be eligible for exchanges, refunds or in store credit. If an item or items are deemed to have damages due to customer misuse or handling, we hold the right not to issue or give an exchange, refund, or in store credit on items that are damaged by the customer. Items damaged by a customer, will not receive a refund, exchange or in store credit. We hold the right to determine whether an item or items have damage due to manufacturer flaws or customer misuse or handling.
Gift Certificates and Cards,
We also offer gift certificates and gift cards. If you are
not sure what to order that special outdoorsman, let them choose. Gift certificates
and cards can not be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to purchase items
from our site, any remaining balance will stay in the customers account for
future purchases. If the amount of a purchase is greater than the account
balance, gift card or certificate, the customer will have to pay the
difference.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to

unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available,

in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be
charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The
entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped
on a multiple shipment order.
